Instructional Designer needed in Salt Lake

Note: This is not a duplicate post. The company or recruiter is looking for two instructional designers.

REQUIRED

• Strong Instructional Design skills
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory
• Good writing skills (need to be able to communicate complex ideas in simple language) – some of the target audience is offshore
• Understanding of ROI in course design

DESIRED

• MS Instructional Design or similar a plus

BONUS

• Experience working or traveling abroad
