Job Summary:
You will be responsible for leading user-centered design activities related to MathWorks products and/or Web applications. You will work with development teams to understand their projects’ user-centered design requirements, and develop creative solutions for meeting those needs.

We are working exclusively with our client in locating an Instructional Designer to develop a new course in PowerPoint slides, in InDesign for the content/exercises, and exported to PDF for final consumption. This course will likely be first and foremost intended as an instructor-led live course. It might be offered virtually, but the slides will be used in class to lead the discussion, an InDesign interface will be used, and the student will follow along in a student manual that they can then take home, which is written in InDesign with our template and then saved to PDF. Attendees will be publishers who want to create and deploy digital magazines, especially for tablet devices.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of strong Instructional Design background
• InDesign and PowerPoint expert
